Basic charges - $40 diagnostic, $80 in shop repair (includes the diagnostics), $95 per hour Onsite, $15 pickup or delivery (within Brevard County - may delay your repair due to scheduling) (Parts are always extra)

We try to affect all repairs with a maximum of a 2 business day turn around. This is not always possible and some repairs may take longer. However, some repairs can be done in the same business day (sometimes while you wait). It all depends on the severity of the problem, if parts are on hand or need to be ordered, and if the systems security has been comprimised by a virus/malware/spyware attack. The only way to know is to get the system on the bench and troubleshoot. The sooner you get the system to us the sooner we can diagnose it.
